Westgate Park City Resort & Spa

Property is short walking distance to gondolas, shops and restaurants. Huge property with large suites. This was our second stay. The first was pre-Covid. The rooms are spacious though perhaps a little dated. Be aware the walls are thin ... we had fairly loud adjacent guests. We could hear every word they said as well as whomever they were talking to on speakerphone. We even heard the guy’s belches. Gross. The staff is always very friendly and responsive. Would stay again.

Room was different and smaller than what I booked through Hotels.com. Fells like they just stick you in whatever rooms are available vice what you booked. Our room faced the construction from the adjacent hotel which was loud and disturbing at 7 am on Saturday. Doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was nice. Staff is very unfriendly. Right when I walked in the guy to the right when you get in said “what do you need” and points to check in counter, check in lady gets my stuff ready and sends me back to this guy at the front for a map of the place. This guy is trying to explain this map to me which was super confusing so I wanted to get my husband since he was driving and so I tell the guy and he was trying to rush me through this map and I said let me grab my husband and he tells me “it doesn’t matter” Um... excuse me, it does matter when we get lost!!! That was completely out of line for him to treat me that way. If you’re that annoyed with people don’t work here. We got placed right in front of the pool which we thought would of been nice until about of kids were screaming in it until about 10pm. Overall the hotel was nice and we travelled a long way to come here but i think I’ll reconsider my stay next time I’m in Utah

We had HI hopes... Ummmmm Glorified timeshare... Not a resort we would choose to come back to for sure... Room location was simply terrible.. The resort is a literal maze... Had no idea where we were most of the time... Signage needs to be improved for sure... The Layout of this hotel was simply ridiculous... NO views of the mountain, amenities closed at 6pm on the weekend, yet they are located on the very top of the mountain... The staff instructed me to drive to a local 7-11 for food at 8pm on a Saturday night.... No thanks.... Was not impressed for 250 a night.... No way...

Good place to stay away from West Yellowstone. big and nice rooms.

The door to the adjoining room (which had other people in it) was thin and there was a one inch gap under the door and above the hardwood floor. All sound travelled perfectly. We were talking quietly and our neighbor kept banging on our door and telling us to shut the F up. They even called security on us who determined that we were not being noisy at all. We called the front desk but couldn't get ahold of them. Our neighbors were horrible and rude and much if the drama was caused because there was absolutely zero sound insulation. Also the room was very dirt when we got there. Doritos and rice and spills on the table. It did not feel clean because it wasn't.

We are stay there for celebrate our 10 years anniversary. Very good location for shopping and eat. The signature villa is excellent!

Happy with overall stay

Beware!! This resort likes to tow your car when your a guest. Don't book here and don't stay here unless you like to spend your vacation getting your car out of tow.

Beautiful location. Awesome gym! Great restaurants and pool.
