Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gahanna/Columbus Airport E

It was not good my car was broken into. When I went to book the hotel it said nothing about the pool being closed as I had looked at many other hotels that had said there was restrictions for the pool and food but this one had nothing. The beds wasn't that comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.

Huge room that was very comfortable and clean. Location is near shops and food.

There were 3 factors that made our decision to choose this particular hotel for our stay and I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or if Hotels.com needs updated: One of the factors was breakfast included and we had no issue with that. The second factor was a smoking room-it was a non smoking hotel although the description indicated there were smoking rooms. I would have appreciated if someone had let me know in advance. The third and most important was a swimming pool. I am well aware that hotels are limited because of COVID but the hotels on Hotels.com who had their pools closed indicated that in their descriptions. This hotel said nothing in their description and the pool was the reason we were staying at a hotel. It was my granddaughter's Christmas present and she wad more than disappointed-she's 10

The entire experience was great. Everything from check-in, to breakfast, to check out. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pillows were amazing....

Must say most staff were great. Manager is problem. TV service by DirecTV, unwatchable as always searching for signal. (2 day stay with perfect weather) Per other guests this was and is a problem with their stay as well. Reported to manager, he said it was only me and my room. " I am sorry " He was apparently unaware that his staff tried 3 rooms for me, all with same issue. I would bet this is a known issue as the repair guy stated all he can do is reset the box, but without a signal booster there was nothing else he could do to help. Unresponsive manager, quite disappointed!!!

Always a pleasure to stay at this location. All the personnel are extremely accommodating and friendly. Rooms are always serviced promptly and special requests have been honored. It’s very refreshing to see hotel personnel as pleasant as these people especially in these times!

The hotel was fine and very clean, but many guests were not wearing masks in the halls and elevators in spite of the signage everywhere. The shuttle hours changed due to covid but this information was not updated on hotels. com. I arrived at 10pm expecting to get a shuttle and the hotel just said it wasn't running and I had to get a taxi or Uber. Paying $15 unexpectedly like this and having to wait 15 minutes for an Uber to arrive for the 8 minute trip to the hotel late at night was not how I wanted to end a long day of travel. Shuttle hours now are apparently 6am-6pm.

Great staff and location. This was my second stay.

This hotel is basic but it is very clean as comfortable and set in a great location. Staff was very nice.

Property is competitively priced and conveniently located. Rooms and public areas seem clean and well cared for. We were comfortable staying there.
