The unit itself was perfect! Exactly what I had hoped for, I would say even better than the impression I had from the pictures. I’d definitely say this was the most important part for my rating. The communication was nearly non existent, wouldn’t be a big deal if the property management wasn’t a different entity all together. They couldn’t even give me a current number of anyone that actually knew about my rental. Had to just hope they would remember to send my check in instructions. Which they did, around check in time day of. The instructions weren’t great, specifically the “free” parking. The key wouldn’t work. Got stuck in the old parking garage that wouldn’t take either of my credit cards, had to eventually run to get cash to get my car out. That said, I would still come back here. Again the room was great and I wouldn’t say paying for parking is a deal breaker. Just confusing and a bit misleading with poor communication.

Great property! will stay again! We had a brief scare and no number to call for help when we thought we had locked our keys inside that apartment. Luckily the door doesnt lock without the key but we were in the lobby with my client!! and we didnt even realize it was unlocked and asked for help at the desk and the lady said she didnt have an extra key!!! We had no idea who to call or what to do in case of an emergency. we got let up stairs and got back in but no having a number to call when there is an issue is scary...

This is a great location, the service from the management group was great if I initiated a question. The issue I had and why I won't be back is #1 the parking situation is terrible. The parking garage does not feel safe.. Had to walk down a dirty isolated stairwell to get out of the garage or an elevator. Did not feel safe at night. Also the garage pass they said you could use never worked nor were there any kind of good directions on how to even use it. No where to scan when leaving the garage to pay. So I had multiple parking charges for a place that I did not feel safe in. They also have pics of a rooftop pool but again zero explanation on how to access it. When I reached out they said I'd have to ask in the lobby if we could use it because we may not. I'm busy on vacation, I shouldn't have to ask for the information to begin with. Also the space feels like an office manager designed it or they ran out of money from the very nice living room/kitchen and just skimped out on the bedroom and especially the bathroom. The bathroom feels like something in an office building or laboratory. The whole place could use with some warming up. Paint the walls, add some art, something! I stay in Air B&Bs and hotels and this was like a bad combo. Had there been more upfront communication and instructions, I'd probably had let the rest slide, minus the creepy parking garage. I would have much rather stayed in a hotel where someone greeted me and provided clear communication.

I loved the modern and the amazing view plus there was lots to do around the area for an Exceptional price!! 10/10
