Best Western Kilmarnock Hotel

If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that doesn’t have bedbugs, this is the place for you.

Staff was very gracious. The tv was not working in my room, so the staff quickly moved me to a room that had a working tv.

Hotel was clean, good choices for the Free breakfast buffet. Wish they would enforce the masks. Several people were at the buffet with no mask. Unfortunately we were on the bottom floor and the room above us sounded like a herd of buffalo starting and 4:00am they were back and forth across their room. No idea what they were doing. But overall it was good for the price.

The hotel was kept very clean. The staff there is friendly and helpful. I think i was most impressed by your very personable & friendly desk man. He made us feel as if we were talking with a friend. Very polite and cheerful. We will come back

It was, overall, a good stay. I was in town for a wedding at The Tides Inn, a few miles away. We had the king suite and it was very clean. I tried to book a double but none were available🙄. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful. Still, $192 for a room to sleep in for a few hours was a little steep, but better than $300 at Tides! My only critique is that the walls are not insulated, I heard everything! People talking in the hallway sounded like they were in the room. There was a baseball tournament of 9-yr old boys so they were pretty rambunctious but, they’re kids, I have them, just older now. Be prepared.

Absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast has variety and is delicious! 'm very particular and I was completely delighted with everything. You couldn't ask for more.

Telephone didn’t work. Fuse in bathroom blew out so the lights or exhaust fan didn’t work. Had to shower using the little flash from a cell phone. They didn’t have maintenance on staff to fix it, so we looked at a couple of other rooms. One had lights that flickered weakly and the other had ants. The staff was friendly but they need to do some serious fixes at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast selection was varied but poor quality. Our biggest issue was the noise. We could hear the TV and conversations from the adjoining rooms, conversations in the hallway and every step taken from the room above us.
