Disappointing and disgusting

The employees at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotel was safe and very quiet. That's about where the positives stop. The hotel was disgustingly dirty. We actually asked to switch from our first room because of a horrible smell and disgusting bright red and brown stains on the bed. The staff didn't ask questions and accommodated right away. Our new room wasn't much better. Cigarette butts, Cheetos, Pringle's cans were all found under and by the furniture. I would not recommend staying here!

OK Location & + Service, Atrocious Hotel Condition

Location, good. Service, though obviously understaffed, was able to hold their own over a busy weekend. The hotel itself was mind-blowingly bad. Do not let the photos on the website fool you. They either spruced up a single room, or altered them digitally. Neither room we had was anything close to what the Hotels profile shows. Having dug into the OYO brand after feeling like we had been duped, we were disappointed to learn their reputation of being a catfishing value hotel brand. This hotel is what happens when a big brand moves leaves and someone buys the remains. The outside was clean, given where it was located. The parking was onsite, which is nice. They have the appearance of valet, but there were no workers present our entire stay. The lobby was clean and very bland. For a building with several hundred rooms, we only saw a few luggage dollys. They show an in-hotel bistro, it's closed down. Pool, under construction to the point its not shown on some sites. A bar that's open. A cafe with very limited hours. Vending & ice machines broken down at most locations. The halls looked like carpeted construction zones. The rooms resembled something one would see doctored on a reality tv show of a rundown hotel. Both rooms had extremely bad odors and stains all over the floors, walls, and couch. Broken drawers, dead plugins, one room had a broken AC (stayed 75+ w/ unit on 68 all night), two pillows and towels. Linens were itchy. TVs and fridge worked.   Don't stay here.

Awful experience

This was my first time staying at an OYO hot and I will never go back. The room was not very clean. Stains in the carpet wall paper peeling and the toilet was clogged and took over 8hrs to get it taken care of them there was a roach and manager said could change rooms but never passed on information and employees were not helpful at all.

Filthy Accommodations

This hotel is disgusting. Our room smelled of smoke, there were stains on the carpet, thick dust on walls and furniture, wallpaper peeling, numerous marks on the wall etc. We arrived late the first evening and just dealt with the first night. I called the next morning and asked if we could be moved to another room and was told they were full but they would know more later that day and if we couldn’t be moved we would be compensated. When there was no room available, we checked out and were told we would have to get any refunds from Hotels.com only to have Hotels.com tell us that the OYO was denying our request.

Disappointed Stay

Carpet was Filthy. No next morning room service to make bed or bring clean towels. No restaurant in the hotel for dining. I had to go to front desk to get clean towels and bath soap. The room just seemed unsanitary. The staff was EXCELLENT and very nice.

Run fast

Okay so to start it was my bday and I picked this room because it had a pool and I wanted to swim with my new guy of interest, walk up to sign in and the pool is closed, too late for a refund so date was Canceled, walked into my room and it was terrifying, I paid for a long suite and the room was ONE GIANT Square! I tried to move couch to make it less awkward because literally one bed on one side of the room huge space in between with white fluorescent hospital lighting, it was one “Here’s Johnny!” Away from being a main character on the shining, all furniture super dated, room poorly cleaned, and on top of it all the last day I drive into the parking garage and I almost get robbed by a random man! Literally runs to my window while it’s down and try’s to punch me out of my car so I sped off! Went down the up ramp i was so scared! I run into the lobby and find out there’s security in his comfy chair and then here I am terrified when I find out there are no Cameras in the parking garage! And I paid for parking! Seriously worst stay ever!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The hotel was in terrible conditions. Stains all over the carpets in the hallway and in the room. Entire place smelled of smoke. Even non-smoking rooms. There was no ice vending. The windows look out into a courtyard of other rooms. It was beyond awful. We left within 20 minutes of arrival. Checked out. Didn’t even try to negotiate a refund. It was so bad I could not be in the building for another minute. Just cut our loses and left.

Horrendous Hotel

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The people working in the hotel were nice, but that's where the compliments stop. The layout of the hotel and the parking is confusing. For what I paid, the entire hotel should have been nicer. The fountain in the lobby was dry, the elevator was buggy, and the pool was closed. I was never told that only a certain number of cars could park. I had 2 people staying and 1 visited with her car in the morning. When we went to leave, my parking pass wouldn't work. I called the desk and they let 2 of 3 leave but said we had to speak to a manager for the third car to leave. We waited but he didn't show up. Someone in the line of 4 cars that were waiting behind us to leave let us use their pass to get out and the hotel withheld 1/4 of my deposit. I will never stay here again.

Decent stay, Great View

Have stayed here twice now. Both times the living room furniture in both rooms was outdated. And stains in carpet. Clean bedroom though with a great great view. Staff was kinda rude to begging with, pool was down and was not notified until I got there to check in, asked for a adjustment to the price of the room due to it and he refused but did take care of parking which was $25 so it was okay. Love the hotel lobby is very clean and nice. Traffic is bad getting in and out of garage but over all it’s a good stay for the price. Especially for downtown and the space you get.
