SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

First I reserved a king suite and was given a 2 bed queen suite. The tv was missing in the sitting area. I tried to use the refrigerator and found it not working. Went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. After calling the front desk from my cell phone, she came and found that housekeeping had unplugged it. The next day I want to heat up my breakfast. After leaving my food in the microwave for 30 minutes it was not warm. Again using my cell phone to call the front desk to report the microwave the maintenance man came and looked at it. He informed me it was one of the new ones and reset the microwave (like I didn't know how to work a microwave) but I said ok. I again tried to heat up my food for another 40 minutes to no avail. I again called and it took them 90 minutes to bring me another microwave. Needless to say I expected a lot more from a Marriott.

Hallway smelled strange, toilet was leaking from behind, loud family above us. Apart from that, the room was pretty nice and was a good price; comfy beds and good shower. Front desk cs was very helpful and accommodating.

It was safe, clean and comfortable.

Stayed on Dec 20 for a pickup of my Army son and wife flying in to BWI. Great location. Was at gate in under 5 minutes and didn't have to use the highway. Hotel staff was great. Very nice room.

Bed bugs!!! We had bites all over our body. The had bits everywhere. Took pictures of the bug bad killed it.it was full of our blood. Horrible experience. So not stay at Springhill Suites BWI. We went for my 50th Birthday, just a quick getaway. Worst experience ever. The lights in the bathroom let going out I had to change rooms three times. First room has bed bugs, second room smelled and had stains all over the couch, carpet was dirty. Finally got a decent room if you think decent is lights out I’m bathroom and and toilet tan all not. Water smelled bad so t drink the water. Ice machine didn’t work and worried everyday about seeing more bed bugs. Stay clear from this hotel. Honest review. I will say though the only nice part of the trip was Ashley she tried to accommodate as much as she could. Upper Management after the fact was horrible. They seems to not care at all. Managenment was horrible.

Great stay the lady up front was very nice and helpful! Rooms were very nice definitely would come back.

Location was near airport and plenty of restuarants

The bathtub did not drain after taking a shower. The worst part was that I notified staff and noone came to try to remedy the situation. I will not be staying here again.

They were biased against gay people and just rude to the point the front desk lady named Sam made my wife cry . Worst experience yet

The place was conveniently located. The rooms were fairly clean had to get my bed changed as the sheets had spots prior to me getting in them. The service was great and overall it was a decent place to stay for a fair price.
