"We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. We moved to a different hotel for a night for an event at Wembley and then decided to come back for a third night. The location is convenient for theater, Covent Garden, Westminster. We walked most places but the tube is also right there for exploring further away. The staff is welcoming and efficient and the rooms are nice. We had a Superior King and found it roomy and comfortable and it had a view of the Strand. Recommend the hotel and location for all of your central London adventures!"

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."
"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "
"Loved the view from our room! Staff were all pleasant. Enjoyed the restaurant on property.
Rooms need updating and carpets cleaned but it didn’t over shadow the view.
We would stay here again."
"Very comfortable bed, quiet, high tech room that blocked out all light effectively for sleep. Terrific breakfast buffet and nice lounge area. Convenient to major sites, Hyde Park and transportation. Staff is very nice, helpful and available. Only downside is room for one is small (not enough room to layout luggage) and there appears to be homeless shelter area on start of the block where hotel is located - I never had any issues walking back and forth from the hotel on my own and never felt unsafe but just pay attention to your surroundings if you are solo traveler like I was.
