Beautiful

The hotel is beautiful and located next to everything so you can walk. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was delicious. I will say that the WiFi needs improvement. My favorite part about my stay was the staff. So friendly and helpful. I had a memorable stay.

A restful sanctuary in busy Sanliurfa.

I had slipped a disk in my back right before arriving at the hotel. The staff didn't know, but they were so kind and helpful, which meant so much to me. This became a time for me to rest and heal, so the comfortable bed, and perfect location were very much appreciated. The staff took great pride in their work. The daily breakfast buffet was like a work of art. I used my balcony to sip coffee and sketch the beautiful view from my upgraded room. I also used the outdoor courtyard and indoor lounge areas to do some of my work. There are lots of quiet and comfortable places for guests to use. The staff took great care to practice Covid safety protocol. I'm very grateful for their thoughtfulness and caring actions.

Fabulous hotel but ...... issue is correctable.

Everything was excellent, a 10! However, my room for a four night stay never had hot water which would make the review 0! A minimum of luke warm after running the water 10 minutes. I spoke with your front desk individual and reported the issue three times. Completely unacceptable not to have hot water. Serious issue with your establishment.

This place was absolutely amazing. Great hospitality and perfect location. The bed was also very comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Also, my view was biblical.

Great Heaven In The City Center

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The staff was amazing, they were polite, helpful and always happy to be there for you. The hotel is right in the city center, 2 minutes walking to Balikligol. Our room was upgraded to a suite because there was availability and our room had a view of the castle. The room was very spacious, spotless clean and really comfortable. The TV had enough channels, the bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast had many choices and they were delicious. They really cared about the Covid regulations. Our bags were disenfected the minute we entered the hotel and we saw them disenfecting the lobby twice a day. All the staff wore masks and it is compulsory to wear a mask and gloves while taking food from the buffet. Parking is included in the hotel and it's a real comfort to park your car right in the city center. Overall, it's an amazing place to stay.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommend!

Fabulous and beautiful boutique hotel, we loved staying there. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is delicious- loads of choice of fresh local foods. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant once and it was very good. Location is excellent if you want to explore Urfa by foot - you can walk everywhere. Would stay again!! Highly recommend. Note- we planned on staying one night mainly to visit Gobeklitepe next day but we extended our stay as discovered there were so much to see in Urfa and the area. Locally to the hotel are: fabulous mosaic museum, archeological museum, necropolis, ancient city walls and castle ruins, prophet Abraham cave, amazing bazaar, many beautiful mosques, kitchen museum and way more. Also many great short car trips to historic ancient sites like Gobeklitepe and Harran. We enjoyed exploring Urfa and this hotel was a perfect base.

5* boutique hotel! Beautiful excellent place!

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Urfa. 5* service, all staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated in colourful, tasteful and oriental-feel style, it’s a pleasure for an eye to stay here. Room doors and some furniture look like they have been hand painted by a craftsman in some unique scenes, it’s very pretty indeed. The room we stayed in was excellent, large and comfortable, with queen bed, premium bedding, very quiet air con and minibar (built into beautifully painted cupboard), comfy sofa to relax on and a TV, windows on two sides overlooking the city. Bathroom was all good with shower and all what you need. We got a welcome fruit platter on arrival that was delivery to the room. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic- it’s a feast, we also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very nice as well. All in all this is one of best places we’ve stayed at in Turkey and we’ve been traveling here for over a month now. Highly recommend and would stay again if around.

Really nice place and centrally located!

Great and centrally located hotel to discover Urfa. Make sure to visit Gobliktepe (the hotel can assist with logistics) and the Urfa archeological museum (for history nerds one of the best i've been to in the world!).
