Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Park City

Not a safe hotel to stay if you want to avoid Covid-19. Guests walked around the hotel without masks, ignoring the mandatory mask sign on the door of the front entrance. The staff wore their mask below their noses.

This hotel is not up to the Holiday Inn Express standard. The room was clean however in order to use the sink the lights that come on blast anyone still in bed right in the face. Also the pool and hot tub have been drained and torn up but no mention was made on the website. The employees were not wearing masks although at least the desk clerks had a plexiglass screen. The maids were also mask free. The website lists a hot breakfast and shows pics of bacon and eggs etc but when we went for breakfast they only had a cold selection with cereal and some pastries and microwave egg and cheese sandwiches. When we asked for milk for the cereal the worker put her hands up and said “sorry were out”. Cost me an extra $22 to get breakfast at McDonald’s down the street. Once again the website said nothing about no hot breakfast. Don’t believe anything these clowns advertise!

It was o close to may restaurants and stores. Theaters as well. These were in walking distance if needed.

It’s super close to all the shopping and not too far from Main Street in park city. The room has a microwave and fridge but ours wasn’t working. We tried calling the front desk and no body would answer. So I had to go down to them and they said they would fix it. Then the WiFi wouldn’t work again front desk wouldn’t answer so I had to go down again. Two hours later nothing was fixed so again no answer and I went down and asked to switch rooms. Luckily they had another room the same as ours. Didn’t like having to take care of all that. Once we got a room that worked and WiFi it was nice. They need more help at the front desk.

Clean, quiet and very quaint outside architecture! Close to tons of shopping and food and a scenic 15-20 minute drive to historic Main Street.

This Holiday Inn is the best Holiday Inn I have been to. The staff, especially Kayleigh, treat guests like a 5 star resort.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Breakfast was places on a table to take away, fruits, breads, cereals, milk. Staff was helpful.

We waited quite a while to check in while one of the two woman behind the desk stood there doing nothing. She finally did check us in and was very abrupt and not friendly. We were left to find our room with no direction. The parking lot was full of pothokes. Building materials and other junk. The room was clean and the housekeeper was friendly.
