Restaurant was lovely, great food, good service good value for the quality. Breakfast was ok, it was very busy and it took a longtime to refill the food.

There was mold around the bath area. The rest of the room was clean, but it needs an update as it was a bit worn. The wifi was weak. The other amenities of the hotel was kept clean but didn't feel like a 4 stars as it also needed to be updated. We've been travelling to many hotels in Europe in this 3 weeks trip and this one was the worse managed for the customers service. The front desk clerk was not aware of the number of people travelling with us and accused us of not paying for 2 people until I showed him my reservation papers, and he never apologized. Breakfast was tasting, but staff looked unhappy working there as they never smile and never came to our table to offer us coffee even when the coffer machine didn't work! Very disappointing, this is not a 4 stars service, but a 2 stars at most. I will never come back again!

The hotel is very modern, clean and spacious the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served in a beautiful large room and the quality of the breakfast is excellent. The room was very modern, lovely big bath and comfortable leather sofa and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a great holiday in Bologna

The hotel safe failed (no i didn't forget the password). and the safe had to literally be removed and CUT open to get our passports. After initially telling us that they would not remove it, and that we could pick up our possessions (again, our Passports) the next day sometime at the front desk, it took 3+ hours from start to finish to convince them that our passports needed to be removed at all costs. Not a single offer to provide breakfast, or even a single apology for tearing apart our room to remove the safe, or again not having a safe for our belongings while we were out of the room.
