The bathroom was filthy. Rings around tub and mildew starting to build up on the shower curtain. Other than that, the room was nice. Not worth $223/nt

I liked the size of the room. The stuff was a little outdated, but it was clean and usable. What really set me off was they charged me $10 to park at my own risk on their property. There’s nothing there that warrants a $10 parking fee! It’s not covered or close to anything within walking distance. Just another greedy owner.

The room smelt like mildew. The room was very small for a 2bdrm suite. 1 bedroom that was tiny. I would never stay here again even if it was for free.

Hotel could’ve used a good cleaning. Sometimes it’s all about the details, corners of bathroom, couch and chair had a lot of stains on them. Also the pool was not even opened and was not told this when I booked the room which was the main reason we were staying, so my kids were bored

The hotel states that the rooms have full kitchens inside, but it’s really a kitchenette unless you get the 2 bedroom suite. Messed up all my dinner plans for Father’s Day weekend 😒 and in order to get new towels, they come get your used towels , leave, then come back to drop clean towels off. I’ll never go there ever ever again. They double charged my card for a deposit. It did not live up to the residence inn standard that I know.

Let's start with the phone didn't work I tried calling 3 days in a row many times during the day and never was able to get through. Upon my arrival I was told that the phone were out and they ring but they are unable to answer. WHAT? But I experienced the person who checked me in trying to answer a call with no luck and she was very frustrated The property could use some updating to the 21st century. The hot and cold water knobs in each room were backwards and it took forever for the water to get hot once we figured out hot water was the cold water etc. The were no drinking glasses, one wine glass and a few cups and only 2 plates and very little silver ware. The water in one of the bathrooms was clogged the whole time even though I reported it to the front desk. The only good thing I can really say is the night attendant Josh I think was his name was outstanding. He listened to my complaints and tried to solve them at that moment and not wait for the morning. He made the stay better so I just waited until the night shift to complain. Josh is the real hero with his excellent customer service skills and calmness. I would stay again but hopefully things will be better next time.

There weren't enough towels in the room. The room just seemed a bit rushed in cleaning.
