Terrible Experience

We had stayed @ this property a few years ago so we were expecting the same quality and service we received in the past. That was so not the case! The hotel wifi was free but it was impossible to connect to it. We stayed there for 4 nights, our room was never cleaned. For as much as we paid for each day, housekeeping should have been included. We had to take out our own trash and were only able to get new garbage bags because we happened to be there when the housekeeping staff was down the hall. We were able to get fresh towels but we had to go to the front desk and trade in our dirty ones for clean ones. In short, I will never choose this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

Room was nice and big enough for our needs. We got a suite. Three beds. The pool needs some major work and remolding. Hot tub was not working as well. Was close to walk to get on the Disneyland shuttle!

Simple room

The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The breakfast was simple, had Waffles, fruit, oatmeal, pastries and cereal. The beverage machine wasn’t working so they had milk and kool aid available in place.

Laundry and hot tub

I t was a nice stay. The only issue was doing laundry. The clerk who was new (very nice) thought the machines took dollars or cards. They only took quarters and the front desk didn't have quarters. We had to go to 3 stores and finally got quarters at a laundry mat. The hot tub was not warms enough and the jets weren't working.

Their fitness area is literally 3 cardio machines, we had to pay for paying every night we stayed, and it was granola bars and muffins for breakfast, grab and go. No coffee or juice available.

Great location, poor wifi

Great location, but the wifi was down and we were charged twice and had to track down a refund. This is a great spot if you are visiting Disneyland, but for a business trip, it's not great.

It was explained there would be limited services at this property. Like, no housekeeping services. However I was a little surprised to see lobby furniture & luggage carriers visibly very unclean. I realize these things are excessively exposed to people/use however in the world of covid there has to be a way to maintain these things in a better/cleaner manner. If I needed towels, wash clothes, etc I would need to bring dirty ones to front desk then obtain fresh ones. If trash needed to emptied I would need to bring it downstairs as well. A front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about activities in the area..I.e. recommendations of restaurants serving breakfast, or dinner, distance from hotel etc... A friend's bathroom was not clean upon arrival & she had to request a different room...which probably occurred due to lack of housekeeping services. I know things have changed in the industry like more expenses for less services etc... However some services still require attention especially in a world of covid. This 2-day stay left me wondering what other cleanliess issues may be going on at this property that can't be seen. Spent almost $500 for 2 nights & was disappointed. Didn't think to take photos... I wish I had.

I was put on the 5th floor and was never told that the 4th and 5th floor are for guests with pets. I didn’t have a pet. I was asked at check in and told them that I had no pet. Nobody told me that I would be on a floor with dogs barking while there owners were off visiting Disneyland. I had no idea. At check out I was told that the hotel wasn’t fully occupied but that they were short staffed and that’s why I was put on the pet floor. I asked to sparks yo a manager and was told nobody was available. I asked for a phone call from a manager and am still waiting. Very disappointing after a miserable experience with barking dogs (for hours) at the crack of dawn.

I loved the location but I couldn’t stand the fact that this was the worst hotel. Besides the bed bugs and the room looking much smaller in person, they only handed us requested amenities only once then later on in the day, they told us they “cant give amenities to us but we can come down ourselves and get it in person due to covid protocols.” When we asked for new towels on the 3rd night, they told us to bring our used towels to them to exchange for new ones and that we HAVE to bring our old and used towels in order for us to even get new towels at all. They also state that they give free breakfast. Which only includes a small muffin and if you’re lucky, a granola bar. On the website they also didn’t include that you have to pay for parking. Even after finding out about the bed bugs, there were no accommodations, no cleaning, not even service to give new towels which I had to use to kill the bugs. Overall my experience was terrible. I’ve lived homeless and this isn’t even morally right for a person to sleep in at all. I’ve been treated better homeless than I did with money here at this hotel. I will not be coming back to this hotel even if it’s the last one standing.
