Really nice site with beautiful/spacious room! Would totally go back!!

The WIFI signal was weak and difficult to login. Other than that....great place.

This was better than my original booking. The room matched the pictures online. The microwave is kind of outdated, but they brought us a countertop one to use during our stay. I loved the cube on the desk! A few cons: Update the worn couches, desk chairs and microwaves. Overall, the staff was great and the hotel is close to a variety of dining and shopping experiences.

Our stay was ok. The room was clean overall, however its overdue for new livingroom furniture. The sofa was sunken in and so uncomfortable and the side chair was the most comfortable piece of furniture to sit and watch tv and my husband and I fought over that chair the whole time we were there, it doesn't match the sofa and just looks off. Bathroom was clean and updated, bedroom was clean and fresh.

The hotel was awwsome. We stayed in a deluxe suite. We h ad our own entrance. No need for hallways or elevators especially since we are in a pandemic. The suite waa decked out and had a nice size table for meals. Great place. Beautiful room and friendly conscientious staff.

Room was spacious, comfortable, & clean. Would definitely stay again & recommend this hotel location.

It wasn't so much the hotel but the guest. The hotel allowed the pool/basketball area, to be open and guest who were having a TON of their family there, took over all of that which allowed others to stay away due to the virus. There was smoking and loudness coming from outside which you could smell/hear from your room. I would stay again but not during a holiday season. Now my friends experienced spiders and other bugs but I didn't (which during this season, the hotel may need to be sprayed). The location is around many things but again, due to the virus, not a lot of places were open. I even saw people getting out to take walks/jogging.

Very poor management. I had renewed my stay in one of their suites with a fireplace. The next morning at 6am I called the front desk to tell them about my renewal. The front desk clerk told me at some time in the day at my convenience to stop up front to give my credit card for incidentals. At 7:45 am on my way to work I get a call from the manager stating I had to clear my stuff out of the room since he rented the room to someone else. He was disrespect. I told him about what the desk clerk said and he lied telling me the clerk had told me I had to change room. He then claimed he would charge me $150 for a penalty. If I did find out he charged me I probably will sue them for it. I agreed to leave the room when I came back from work and I went into another room.

Staff is good, place is clean. It's super busy though, the walls are paper thin and hear people next door talking at 5 a.m., can hear people upstairs walking across the floor and ... ;-) Don't get room by stair well either. People are rude letting the door slam every time. As well the pool was frigid! Which is only reason we picked this hotel.
