Enjoy Hotel Berlin City Messe

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to public transport, if does take around 30 - 50 mins to get to some central locations in the city, but the public transport is excellent so this is not an issue. There's a children's playground next to the hotel for anyone with little ones in the summer. Aldi supermarket is a small walk away. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were very clean. Only small thing was one of our windows had a slight draft, but it didn't make the room cold and we stayed during December. Overall an excellent hotel and will use again.

Staff were brilliant and friendly. Always happy to deal with any questions we had and went above and beyond so we had the best stay possible.

arrived late and check in was straightforward. ordered a taxi for return back to airport with no problem. good service throughout, and a lovely choice of food at breakfast. will stay again. this is the second visit.

Easy to find location and perfect for business in Berlin.

Our room, albeit not like the one advertised, was very clean and bright. Nice balcony too.

Definitely not the room I booked. Reminded me of a pop-up brothel. I will give them this though, the staff was super friendly.

Nice hotel, close to metro stations, close to the market, not very far from the river. The staff were nice.

The hotel is very clean, the staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The Handy phone is a fantastic idea that all hotels should follow. We stayed for 5 nights and would defiantly stay again if ever back in Berlin.
