Quality Inn Airport East

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Any time a guest in the room above showered it leaked all over. This was pretty gross. I called the front desk, they sent maintenance, they stated "oh well". My hair dryer did not work. There was broken glass on the floor, I stayed for 5 nights and this was never touched. The plug ins did not all work and the walk way, that I had to use frequently were filthy with garbage. I had to go to the front desk every time I went out and returned as my key card would not stay magnetized. But I guess for 40.00 per night what can you ask for?? Although the staff was extremely friendly at the front desk.

Hotel was located conveniently but bed sheet was not clean. It was like the old sheets were used again. Didn't have a good feel at all. Floor on walkway was stained with garbage liquid and smelling

the worst hotel stay i have ever had. its fine until the meth heads come "home". constant fighting. i went to my vehicle to get something and coming back up some lady threw up on the stairs. there isnt even a phone in the room to call the lobby to complain, which would mean youd have to navigate the junkies and vomit to get there. from the looks of the lobby, one wouldnt think this was junkie hostel. the shower faucet takes some man power and reverse engineering to get it to work. if youre looking for a clean restful stay...PLEASE look elsewhere.

Overall it was as expected. I would stay there again
