Petra Boutique Hotel

Clean tidy place on a walking distance to the visitor centre. Very friendly and professional staff . I highly recommend it . Only a little notice : a free WiFi in the room would have been great.

The best is the location. 4 minutes away from Petra's entrance. The staff could have been a bit nicer and communication could have been better. There's very limited dining options in the hotel so we went out every day for dinner to the Movenpick Hotel down the road.

This is a new property in Petra, very close to the entrance to the visitors center, and easy walking to a number of restaurants. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff all go out of their way to make guests feel at home. One feature I did not take advantage of, but looked very interesting, is a daily cooking class at “Petra Kitchen” in the hotel where you participate in cooking a Jordanian meal. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a most pleasant stay in Petra.

I stayed one night at the Petra Boutique Hotel recently. It's a new hotel, just opened this spring, and the staff very much wants to please its guests and asks for lots of feedback, which is a great thing. I booked the hotel due to its location close to the entrance of Petra (only a 3 minute walk away). It was perfect for a quick one night stay because of this. The room we were in was a bit cramped, but adequate for one night. The breakfast buffet was included, but the quality of the choices could use some improvement (like adding freshly brewed coffee rather than instant coffee). But they asked each guest for their feedback on breakfast so I'm sure this will be worked out over time. Overall the hotel did the job - convenient location, well priced (compared to the ridiculously priced Movenpick next door), friendly staff and quiet, dark rooms.

I had a delightful stay at Petra Boutique hotel - my only regret is that I could only stay for 1 night. The location was perfect, very close to Petra's main gate, which I appreciated after a long day of touring. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities (smart controls), dead sea toiletries and thoughtful touches including a complimentary mini bar and small fruit platter. All the staff I encountered (from the front desk manned by Moath and Bashal, to the kitchen to the cleaning staff and support staff) were professional, kind and helpful - I wish I remembered everyone's names. I want to give a special mention to Moath, who provided exceptional service and is an asset to the team. I agree with the other reviewer who said that this felt like a 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend this hotel.

Petra Boutique Hotel was awesome! The staff were super friendly, the room was great and the location is perfect for easy access to Petra. Highly recommend that anyone looking to visit the site stay here!
