DO NOT VISIT!

It was absolutely horrible. The hotel hasn’t been cleaned properly in years and it shows. The were roaches. We were switched to 4 different rooms and they all were disgusting. We complained and housekeeping was sent up. She cleaned the bare minimum and left us cleaning supplies just in case it wasn’t good enough. They offered free breakfast as a compensation for our troubles. But after going. I can’t understand why anyone would pay for the “breakfast “ provided.

My original room was more like a motel room. Lamp shades are missing and curtains are hanging off the rod. I was moved to a suite. The suite was a bit nicer but still not worth the 180.00-260.00 a night I was charged. The door did not lock properly, nails were sticking out of wood flooring, housekeeping never came in with fresh towels or linin or cleaning for a 7-day stay, the TV remote did not work, and on the last day I had 3" roach in my room that caused me not to sleep. Oh, and the pool and hot tub were a joke. Not nice or clean. The pictures are very misleading. I am still waiting for my $50.00 deposit to hit my card! I do not recommend this as a comfortable stay.

Furniture old and banged up; good mattress; good lighting; clean; good rate; $25 parking charge per night; parking available on adjacent side street at no charge; will return

Very poor quality, Hair on food, filthy.

We had called ahead of time to let the front desk know we'd be arriving much later then 11pm and to ask how we check in. Upon arrival at 1am, we were left ringing the bell and knocking on the door for roughly 30 minutes before someone walked from another building to open the door and check us in. The building was filthy, trash on the floor, boxes and beverage containers on the stairs, and the process was long. This room should have been offered at a quarter of the price we paid and it was highly disturbing. We paid for the breakfast add on, but when we began to get our breakfast, the servers were rude and there was a large black hair on the first muffin I went to grab and we lost our appetites and exited.

Could use some tlc

In my personal opinion we enjoyed our stay . The hotel need a grounds keeper and a full time handy man to keep up improvements on the building . The rooms were not as clean as they should have been even in the biggest suite . The bathrooms were small and hard to navigate due to size .

We had a great time!

Front desk was so helpful and amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again for sure! We were in town for the National Championship Game and had never been to NO and our trip was fast and furious. The staff made sure we knew where we were going and gave us some great help!

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide maid service. They informed me it was upon request. I requested twice Never showed up during 4 night stay. I also called prior to ask about the fitness center. It was described to me. When I arrived it was closed due to Covid

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in mold and mildew in the tub floors were dirty old caulk around the toilet and tub is peeling up the furniture was dirty the outside of the building smelled i asked for a plunger it took over an hour I still didn’t receive one I had to go down and get it myself they did not offer to do it for me they just handed it to me and said set it outside your door when you’re done so I did it I set it out my door it stayed there for three days before somebody came and took it we asked for an extra two towels they asked us why we needed it and we said that there wasn’t enough provided in our room for the amount of guests they refused to give us two towels they only gave us one and people were hollering and screaming and laughing in the hallways at 2 o’clock in the morning and would not stop I called down to the front desk they said they were going to send somebody right up they never did the noise continued for about 30 minutes after until the people finally went to the rooms no security never showed up I will not recommend this place to anybody the price was very expensive for what you got I thought because of the price we were staying at a nice hotel based on pictures it looked nice the pictures are very deceiving it is horrible disgusting and will never stay there again And the cleaning staff was very rude and almost annoyed that I was asking for things
