Nice and profesional personnel, clean please, easy access to the beach

I love the hotel, the staff everything was perfect. The owner and the staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. Can't complain Im planning on going back to them. They close to punta cocos best beach in Holbox! The room was clean and very nice it had everything we needed. Food and drinks was delicious and great. I really love my experience here!

This hotel was the perfect ending to a couple of weeks exploring the Yucatán peninsula. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay longer. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and outside. It’s tastefully designed with comfort and sustainability at the heart. We loved the artistic touches and theme throughout, from the wall paintings to the coffee cups. It adds to the special feel that this hotel is a part of and a celebration of this wonderful part of the world. Strong WiFi throughout if you wish to stay connected. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the fantastic staff. Super attentive. Super friendly and immensely proud and knowledgable of Holbox. They will help you make the most of your time here and explore some of the hidden gems of the island. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach and bioluminescent plankton hotspot and arguably boasting the finest sunset view🌅 on the island...goes well with a refreshing cocktail🍹 Great pool too. Getting to and from the town is easy even during high tide. It’s actually more fun and brings wildlife even closer. Flamingos on your doorstep🦩! It’s just a few minutes by “taxi”, a short cycle or you can walk some of the beach fronts at leisure. Highly recommended staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is new and rooms are nicely appointed, this is the sister hotel to Spirit Holbox and you get access to facilities there too. Air-conditioning comes on only at night. Breakfast included but ordinary. Very good bikes on offer which are required as it is a distance to the centre for food options (taxi is $80-100 as opposed to $50 from the hotels at the northeastern end of the beach strip). Value is reflected in the price. Be prepared with insect repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes, particularly at the reception area when you are speaking to staff (who are behind a screen, but you are not!). I would suggest to the hotel that they spray/burn some repellent in these common areas to protect their guests, the gel repellent offered is not effective. Staff could also be a bit more attentive, this was the only hotel in my two week trip where no one volunteered to help with luggage - staff watched as I struggled to bring it up the stairs.

What to say, this place was even better the second time visiting! Still a true gem of Holbox. The other side of the island, but an amazing location to the beach that is less crowded, still has the amazing hammocks in the water, and a cool little bar. Casa HX is still has the best staff on the island, from the bartender on the roof top deck, where you can watch sunset, to the amazing front desk staff, and Jarrod is still there! He is like a brother, and makes your stay amazing! The bikes are a nice service, a quick ride in to town for dinner, or the other side of the beach. The hammocks and beach bed area is a great little spot to take a nap! There breakfast has been upgraded since my last visit, a truly a nice touch! A good fill up before hitting the beach! I cant wait to go back and visit!

You will instantly relax if you stay here! The manager Geraldo and his entire staff are so friendly and welcoming. Geraldo is an excellent manager, the hotel is so well run. It is so quiet at night, we slept like babies. And the decor is so charming.
