Enjoyed the walks along Little Lake, the Butterfly Garden is special, Beavermede Park and of course the visit to the Canoe Museum. The only blight was litter and overflowing trash bins.

Liftlock Cruises is decent but unspectacular; the captain is informative and entertaining. The Canadian Canoe Museum and Peterborough Museum & Archives are worth visiting. There are many good trails for walking. Beware of drug addicts in downtown.

There is a bowling alley within walking distance and kids loved it! Also a nice restaurant across the street.

We were able to do thrift shopping and this year the weather was warm and sunny for the most part. I have been here with my husband many times in the past but this is my first solo visit so I brought two of my grandchildren to keep my company.

Easy city to get around. Did not do any sightseeing but enjoyed walking around downtown streets.
